Counselling and Therapy Services

About Alpine Peak Wellness

Alpine Peak Wellness is located in Pemberton, British Columbia.

I work with individuals who are looking to improve the way in which they cope day-to-day, while helping them foster their ability to deal with life’s challenges. I help support individuals move through feeling stuck, while taking next steps in terms of their mental health and wellness. I work collaboratively with clients during the change process, and help them navigate their own individual process, while harnessing and developing their unique personal resources. I have found it valuable in my practice to use an integrative and holistic approach with clients depending on their specific needs and I also understand the importance of this in building the therapeutic relationship.

About Me

Nat Hall (she/her), MSW, BSW, BA, RCSW

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker licensed with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. I have provided counselling and therapy to adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient, as well as, group and individual settings. My training includes a Master of Clinical Social Work degree from Boston College, where I specialized in Health and Mental Health. My undergraduate degree was from the University of Victoria, where the Bachelors of Social Work degree emphasized Social Justice, Anti-Oppressive and Indigenous Centred approaches to practice. I also have an undergraduate degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, in Police Studies, where I studied Criminology and Psychology. I have also had the unique experience of working closely with military populations, both as a therapist and as a military member, and can draw from these experiences in my work with military and veterans. However, I have also worked as a therapist and counsellor with diverse adult populations with various life experiences and backgrounds, both within Canada and the USA, and understand the importance of listening and adapting my approach to the specific and individual needs of the client, whomever that may be.

“Transformation doesn’t ask that you stop being you. It demands that you find a way back to the authenticity and strength that’s already inside of you. You only have to bloom.” – Cheryl Strayed, Brave Enough

Fees

The cost per 55-minute Telehealth session is $170, due at time of session. I accept E-transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

Insurance

Many insurance companies will reimburse for Registered Clinical Social Work services. I am happy to answer questions on this; however, in many cases you would need to verify coverage with your insurance company directly.

I am an approved provider with Medavie Blue Cross and I am able to provide services to Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, Interim Federal Health Program and Royal Canadian Mounted Police clients. I can direct bill to Medavie Blue Cross for pre-approved services.
